Court Timetable

Priority

Courts are available for play from 9am until 9.30pm everyday. Some courts are reserved at specified times for authorised club activities such as coaching, tournaments, and club sessions. However, all members are encouraged to use any unreserved courts on a turn up and play basis and may also use free courts even if they have been reserved and the reservation time has passed.  We are also introducing a booking system for  those members who wish to guarantee a court at a particular time, alhough a court is almost always available without booking except at very busy times such as weekdays after 4pm and weekends.

To view up todate court availability for the coming week and/or to make a reservation click on this link. Booking rules and instructions are on the link page. Courts 1, 2, 3, and 4 are bookable, Court 5 is almost always available for turn up and play unless there is a major club event.

Please note:

Courts can not be booked on the day. However the online timetable shows the likely availability for all courts. Courts unbooked at the start of day are available on the turn up and play basis (as above), with the exception of Court 4 which can be booked on the day by the Tourist Information Office.
Court 5 is being left as unbookable so that members without access to the internet are not disadvantaged, this will continue to operate on a turn up and play basis (If the court is busy then on court players should make way for waiting players after 20 minutes – one set maximum- as at present).

The booking system will only work on an honour system. Members should cancel bookings if they cannot use them as soon as possible. The usage will be reviewed and sanctions against members abusing the system will be considered by the committee.
